shipped with filtration media already in the tank. WE DO NOT
ship filtration media separately for our customers to pour in.
We ship complete and ready to plumb.
The Tannin Eater tannin filter water softener
is a self-backwashing system that automatically removes the trapped
contaminants within the filter bed and washes them down the drain.
This is accomplished with the electronic control valve that is
mounted on top of the Tannin Eater.This valve is controlled by
a meter, that calculates the amount of water being used.Once
the meter reaches x amount of gallons, It then initiates the
backwash cycle that cleans the bed of filtration media and resets
it for the next period of filtration.Our Tannin Eater includes
the Fleck ProFloSE Digital Control Valve The Highest Quality
Control Valve Available On The Market Today! Nearly All Of Our
Competitors Still Offer An Older Mechanical (dial) Version Of
This New Modernized Control Valve.

are the Perfect Choice for on demand water treatment with no

The Twin Alternating Tannin
Eater is used where there is a demand for tannin filtration and
hard water softening at flow rates or capacities higher than
those obtainable through a single water system.
The Twin Tannin Eater alternating
twin tanks provide an uninterrupted supply of tannin filtration
and soft water to your home or business. The Twin Alternating
Tannin Eater has two tanks for softening and filtering. Water
is softened and filtered in one tank while the other is in a
standby mode. When the capacity of the first tank is reached,
the system automatically switches tanks. The first tank is then
recharged. This cycle is repeated when the second tank reaches
its capacity point.
