Complete pre-treatment for the removal of iron, manganese, hydrogen

the art skid mount reverse osmosis system also includes our pH
neutralizing system designed to keep your water non-corrosive.

- (excluding storage tank) are contained on our skid mount platform
with wheels - for easy positioning. Enjoy the benefits of
filtered water water at every tap as well as "soft water"
without the use softener salt. Our Skid Mount Reverse Osmosis
Systems are among the most water efficient systems in the industry.
With the use of concentrate water recirculation our systems can
recover 50% to 60% of the feed water as usable product water.
Most other systems only recover 30% to 40% of the feed water.
Note: Recovery will vary depending on water chemistry.
Once our Skid Mount RO
is installed and feed water is made available to it, the Storage
Tank will begin to fill with product water. The product water
will continue to fill the Storage Tank until the tank float switch
closes and shuts the entire system off. At the same time, while
the tank is filling, concentrate water will begin to flow into
the drain system. The concentrate water will continue to flow
to the drain system until the tank float switch closes and shuts
the entire system off. When there is a demand for water, the
Repressurization System is activated and draws product water
from the Storage Tank. The product (RO) water is then delivered
with the on skid re-pressure system to your home or business.
If enough product water is used to the point where the float
switch is reopened, the Skid Mount RO Sysem is automatically
reactivated and begins to replace the product water that has
been depleted.

This includes restaurants, coffee stores, convenience stores,
micro breweries, supermarket produce and food preparation operations,

water for their daily operations. The key factors of reliability,
servicability, and consistent performance with minimum user intervention
are achieved in the solid design of the TSM systems. Stainless
steel is used throughout; in frame, pressure vessels and fastening
hardware to provide the structural strength and corrosion resistance
appropriate for a commercial appliance.
The TSM system design is optimized for either shelf mount
or wall mount installation. The three models; 400 GPD,
800 GPD and 1200 GPD all occupy the same very compact footprint.
This allows flexibility in accomodating the limited space available
in most commercial utility equipment locations. Quick connect
tube fittings on all system ports further simplifies installation
and service. Most important, all TSM models incorporate the most
reliable combination of proven reverse osmosis hydraulic design
and state of the art Thin Film membrane elements to provide the

The LCX-WST1054M Water
Softener/Iron Filter is installed before
the TSM RO unit to provide adequate pretreatment and prevent
the IP membrane from fouling prematurely.

- This is a self-backwashing system that automatically
removes the trapped contaminants within the filter bed and washes
them down the drain. This is accomplished with the user-friendly
digital electronic control valve that is mounted on top of the
softener.This valve is controlled by a meter, that calculates
the amount of water being used. Once the meter reaches x amount
of gallons, It then initiates the backwash cycle that cleans
the bed of filtration media and resets it for the next period
of filtration.

- Extremely easy maintenance: This involves
periodically adding either potassium or sodium pellets to the
brine tank. We recommend keeping the brine tank at least half
full (5 bags) with pellets. Every 2-4 months lift lid on the
brine tank to see if you need to add more pellets. Maintenance
and Regeneration cycles will vary on water chemistry and usage.

- These units will remove approximately
99% of all solutes dissolved in the water whether they are salts
or organics such as sugar or dissolved oils. This is done by
a process of diffusion of the water and rejection of the solute
through a membrane. In addition, there will be virtually 100%
removal of bacteria, viruses, cysts, and suspended solids remaining
after pre-filtration because of imperfections in the element
material seldom if ever exceed one or two angstrom units in diameter.

- By passing the treated water
from the first reverse osmosis element(s) through one or more
elements, water qualities of 1.0 to 0.1 micro siemen (1,000,000
